The CAHSEE and EAP Web conference is scheduled for Monday, January 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.  Follow the steps below to access the conference 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

1. Go to https://omr.lausd.net

2. Log-in by using your LAUSD Single sign-on (upper right corner)

3. Select the Meetings tab (left side)

4. Select the date on the calendar (Monday, January 25, 2010)

5. Click on the title of the web conference you wish to access:

CAHSEE and EAP Web Conference

6. If prompted, enter your school name as user and the session password:

cahsee (lower case)

NOTE: If this is the first time you will be using Elluminate, you may be prompted to download some software which may take anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes depending upon your Internet connection speed. You can pre-configure your system with the required software by going to the support page located at: https://omr.lausd.net:443/support.help

7. Check volume on speakers (external speakers are recommended)

If you cannot participate in this live session, the recorded version will be posted

on the Student Testing and Assessment Web Page in 2 days
