EARLY
EDUCATION CENTER AIDE II
Assists
a teacher in the supervision and implementation of developmental instructional
activities for preschool and/or school-age children. Assists in providing
experience to promote the physical, intellectual, emotional, social
and language development of children.
Assists
a teacher in evaluating and assessing the progress and developmental
levels of children
Qualifications
- Applicant
must be at least 18 years old.
- Applicant
must provide verification of high school graduation, or evidence of
equivalent educational profiency.
- Twelve
semester college units in early childhood course work from an accredited
college or university. These courses must include Child Growth and
Development and Child and Family Relations.
- Early
Education Center Aide II Examination.
Experience
One year
of experience as an Early Education Center Aide I.
