This Policy Bulletin delineates District procedures for certificated employees summoned for jury service in state court or in federal court. |
|
This Policy Bulletin replaces Human Resources Bulletin No. S-10 (Rev.) of the same subject issued April 28, 2003. Employee responsibilities, in accordance with applicable District collective bargaining agreements, are summarized to ensure that jury service is performed at a time which does not disrupt the continuity of classroom instruction or adversely affect District operations. |
