MyData Weekly Data Loads
Weekly data loads will begin at 6:00 PM on Tuesdays and conclude at 6:00 AM on Wednesdays. During this time classroom reports will be unavailable and users may experience slow performance on school level reports. By doing weekly loads, we will have more up-to-date classroom reports. By Wednesday morning, classroom rosters and school reports such as Attendance, A-G, Alert Reports, and Discipline Referral Reports will have information up to the previous Friday’s update.
Monthly Load Schedule for 2013-14 SY
Beginning August 2011, MyData will pull data from the source systems (ISIS, ESIS,SSIS, Periodic Assessments, etc) on the 2nd business day of each month, instead of the 15th, which was the previous process. This will make the data availability 2 weeks earlier than the usual delivery date. Click the "Monthly Load Schedule" link above to see the schedule. The "Data Available Date" on the schedule is when the new data will show in MyData.
