The District utilizes a State-approved Medical Provider Network (MPN); all non-emergency medical treatment for industrial injuries must be obtained from a provider in our MPN. The only exception would be if an employee had pre-designated their personal physician prior to the date of injury. Instructions for pre-designating a physician are outlined within the pre-designation form.
The Medical Provider Network can be accessed as follows:
1. Go to www.coventrywcs.com
2. Select Client Log In and Tools
3. Select the radial button for FOCUS/Coventry Login (GeoAccess Channeling Tools)
4. On the client ID screen, key in

The Medical Provider Network Referral Panel is a short list of first-care facilities listed by Local District for use in quickly locating a physician/clinic to refer an employee to for initial medical care at the time of injury.
