Los Angeles Unified School District

The Program Improvement Local Education Agency (LEA) Plan-Year 3 Corrective Action outlines the actions and activities the District is currently taking, and plans to take toward meeting the corrective action through five performance goals.

This plan documents how full implementation of the curriculum, including the phase-in of the 2007 mathe matics adoption by the Falll of 2009 and of the 2008 English/language arts adoption by 2010 will occur. The revised LEA plan details the requirements to include professional development for teachers and administrtators as well as interventions for all students working below grade-level standards, especially English learners and students with disabilities.
