The School-Based Coordinated Program (SBCP) provides flexibility to school sites in the use of certain categorical resources. The goal of the program is to ensure that all students, including those with special needs - English Learners (EL), Gifted and Talented Education (GATE), Special Education, and Educationally Disadvantaged - are provided an enriched instructional program based on the District's core curriculum.

Categorical funds that may be coordinated are:

  • Economic Impact Aid/Limited-English Proficient (EIA-LEP)
  • Economic Impact Aid/State Compensatory Education (EIA-SCE)
  • Gifted and Talented Education (GATE)
  • Special Education Services
