| What is ISIS Stats-at-a-Glance?
ISIS Stats‐at‐a‐Glance is an online
reporting tool that summarizes
school performance in managing
attendance.
The data represent key
performance indicators, such as
absenteeism, teacher submittal
rates, uncleared absences, and
more.
Graphs, charts, and spreadsheets
provide summaries of
performance of every school using
ISIS.

| How is it useful?
Administrators can use the
reports in a number of ways:
- To monitor absenteeism
- To track staff compliance in
recording period‐by‐period
attendance, and to monitor
for potential errors
- To observe a school’s
adherence to proper
attendance protocol, including
re‐admitting of students and
obtaining parent verification
of absences
- To quickly identify students
with attendance problem
- And more!

| How does it work?
Users select from a tabbed menu
of key performance indicators to
view data as graphs or tables,
allowing for broad or detailed
reports. Information can also be
viewed at the district, local
district, or school level, and can
be broken down by school type,
track, and grade level.

| Who can use it?
All LAUSD employees can log in
to ISIS Stats‐at‐a‐Glance using
their District Single Sign-On username and
password to view summaries for
any school or local district.

| How do I access Stats-at-a-Glance?
Option 1
From http://www.lausd.net, click
Employees. Then under
Resources & Applications, click
ISIS Stats at a Glance.
Option 2
On the ISIS website, click ISIS Stats at a Glance,
located in the navigation menu to
the left.
Option 3
Access the website directly:
http://dashboard.lausd.net/isis.
***In each case, you must log in
using your District Single Sign‐On
(SSO) username and
password.***
