Workers’ Compensation FAQs cover questions related to the workers' compensation program, including (but not limited to)claim information, injured workers, contact information, pre-designating a doctor, and fraud.
The Property & Liability Claims section consists of questions related to Unemployment Insurance, General Liability Auto and Property, ERP (Employment Reimbursement Program), and Computer Insurance.
Disability Management questions cover Return to Work, Reasonable Accommodation, FMLA and Catastrophic Illness Donations.
Disability Retirement covers questions retated to CalSTRS, and CalPERS. Please note that the CalSTRS and CalPERS District disability retirement staff is part of Benefits Administration.
