The Division of Risk Management and Insurance Services provides assistance and guidance in processing Act of Violence Leaves. As defined by the collective bargaining unit agreements, an act or acts of violence injury is a physical injury to an employee resulting from an act of violence that occurred during the performance of job-related duties.
