Issue: ISIS Gradebook features and buttons are being interrupted under Internet Explorer.
Recommended action: Currently, Internet Explorer browser is causing several issues when using ISIS Gradebook. Certain features, such as fill down, are not working and some delete buttons are missing. Until further notice, we strongly recommend that teachers use a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox (Windows), Google Chrome (Windows 7/XP/Vista), or Apple Safari (Windows version). Users can download the browsers by clicking on the respective links.

Issue: Error message when attempting to access Reports. This may be due to several factors and the issue is being investigated.

Recommended action: Some users have resolved the issue by clearing their cache. Instructions for clearing cache on several browsers can be found here:

Additionally, there are known issues with users attempting to run reports on ISIS using Internet Explorer 8. We are currently investigating the issue. LAUSDMAX does not officially support any version higher than IE7. See the ISIS Minimum Software Requirements under Tools & Resources > Technology > Computer Requirements.
