The mission of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer is to provide service and assistance to schools, students, parents and staff through the effective management of resources in the areas of Business, Crisis Counseling, Environmental Health and Safety, Human Resources, Information Technology, Partnerships, Planning Assessment and Research, School Police, Risk Management and Youth Relations.
