This bulletin notifies schools and offices that in November 1998, two offices, Internal Audit Branch and the Special Investigations Unit, were consolidated to form the Internal Audit and Special Investigations Unit.
Subsequently in February 2000, the Board of Education changed the name of the Unit to Office of the Inspector General, and changed the title of the Unit's Director to Inspector General.
