National Clearinghouse for English Language Acquisition and Language Instruction Education Programs (NCELA) Funded by the Office of English Language Acquisition (OELA), the NCELA "is authorized to collect, analyze, synthesize, and disseminate information about language instruction educational programs for limited English proficient children, and related programs. Priority is given to information on academic content and English proficiency assessments and accountability systems."
Southern California Comprehensive Assistance Center (SCCAC) The Comprehensive Assistance Center program is a network of 15 regional centers funded by the U.S. Department of Education to help recipients of funds under the ESEA to improve teaching and learning in the schools.
