Mission Statement
The mission of IT Customer Support Services Branch is to provide high quality, timely and courteous technology support for the District. Our customers are the employees of the LAUSD at schools and offices. We provide IT support in the areas of computer desktops, laptops, local area networks, computer hardware, public address systems, intercoms, intrusion alarms, cabling infrastructure, and radio systems. The Customer Support Services Center serves as the Helpdesk for the LAUSD customers who use each of these services.
