How to Start a Walking Program at Your Site

Starting a walking program at your site provides an opportunity for you and your co-workers to incorporate exercise during the workday.  Here is what you will need to do:

1. Take a look at the walking program materials listed below.  Posters, a sign-up sheet, and a walking schedule worksheet are provided.

2. Create Walk Group(s)

3. Set-up a routine schedule for your group(s) to walk.

4. Start Walking!!!
